Shipping Information

We at PerfectMyGolf offer a fast home delivery service via courier or postal services, on orders £125 or over shipping is free of charge within the mainland United Kingdom (except Northern Ireland and Highlands and Islands).

VAT Content and Refunds

If your order is to be shipped to an area that is exempt from UK VAT, the correct amount will be removed from your basket. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide documentation for VAT Refunds on products delivered within the UK, that will subsequently be taken abroad.

Delivery Times

We endeavour to despatch all goods within 2-4 days from order placement, subject to stock availability. We keep a large range of items in stock and in the event that any item is not in stock then you will be notified to let you know when your goods will be delivered.

Tracking an order

We ship the majority of our goods via DHL, Parcelforce, Royal Mail, DPD or UPS for the UK mainland and these carriers offer a tracking system via their own web pages using the tracking numbers we will provide you with when we despatch your order.

Receipt of Goods

We will delivery via carrier to the address requested on Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) whereupon a signature will be required, if you have any special delivery instructions than please contact us either by email at kelvin@perfectmygolf.com or telephone 07887757447.

If no one is available to accept delivery of the goods the courier will leave a card with details of how to rearrange delivery. Please feel free to contact us if you have any problems.

Tariffs

Our tariffs are calculated upon the weight & dimensions of the total parcel and the total cost can be seen at the checkout stage of order processing.
